Heavy black brute with a large white crest upon his chest entered babbling brooke and a brisk pace. His eyes were so ever alert as he tredded upon the damp soil it was raining but it had now slowed to a light drizzle. He growled in aggitation where the hell was she she had to be somewhere in this area. He quickened his pace letting his paws take him farther into the brook until he came upon the rapidly running water. He was tired and had traveled many miles just to be reunited with his family. Jean-Claude thought to himself last time he had seen Denali she and him were still mere pups and he smiled they were the rough ones of the group. Now him being 4 years of age he was a fighting machine battle scarred and huge made of pure muscle and he was quick. He looked around and still not seeing her he lifted his massive head slicked back his harks and let forth a loud howl to Denali that was pained and mournful that said he missed her and dearly wanted to be reunited with her once more. His call receded and it echoed it the drizzling rain and he listened while he waited.

"Four years. For fucking years pass, and now he wants forgiveness?" The bitter words were spat out into the light rain, a scornfull sneer found on the muzzle they had come from. Rain water dripped hesitantly from the tip of the coal black nose, for the wolf had been in the percipitation from the moment it had started; about two hours ago. She sat by the steadily-flowing brook known to Wolf Pack as the Babbling Brook. A singular eye was open at the moment as she sat there, the left eye; which had an odd, lone fleck of green in it. Her mother had said she was a 'marked one', whatever the hell that was supposed to mean. "What do I say to him?" She muttered at last, after a few moments of silence. She'd heard Jean-Claude's howl, but resisted the urge to run to him, the fact that she despised him and her father leaving helping much. Denali stood suddenly then, strong muscles rippling through the medium-sized female's bodice. Black peltage tinted by gray served well in concealing her as she turned toward her brother's call, taking a deep, sharp breath and letting it out in a long sigh before padding forward.
After a few minutes, she spotted the form of his midnight-black body, his white chest marking making the brute instantly recognizable. But still, Denali held back, ears slicking to her cranium. Truthfully, she had no idea what to do; she hadn't seen her brother in nearly four years. Last time she had, they'd been just 6 month old pups. He'd been called the 'alpha' of the 'pup pack', and yet still, Denali had tested his patience every chance she got. A small smirk appeared upon her gorgeous features; the wolfess was now in her prime, and she'd become quite the beautiful specimen. And she had to admit, Claude had matured just as much as she, turning into a handsome stud. With a sigh, she gave her pelt a shake, droplets flying off her thick fur with the movement. Then, she stalked silently forward, purpously cracking a stick under a fore paw to let her presence be known. "Claude? Its been a while.".Denali. I am! Yet what I am none cares or knows, My friends forsake me like a memory lost, I am the self-consumer of my woes. John Clare,"I Am"

His harks perked and his hackles rose when he felt a prescence behind him. Upon hearing the crack of a twig and the oh so familiar voice he lowered his hackles " yes Denali it has" he whispered. He turned his massive body slowly seeing his younger sister she was the same as he last remembered she had just filled out a little more now than when last he saw her. He approached her his golden orbs intent upon her form a deadly smirk on his maw his banner wagging slightly in a greeting. He stopped a few feet in front of her and traced her form she was struggling he could tell the last few years must have been rough on her because they were rough on him he loved his family and never had meant to leave them. His chest her with the feeling of dread his sister would hate him for all eternity for leaving her back here with mother. He smiled but it didnt reach his eyes and then spoke " so how have you been these last few years" he asked.

+.If I could say what I wanna say, I would say I wanna blow you away. Be with you every night, Am I squeezing you too tight?.+
Eyes slowly dropped as he turned toward her. The rain soaked her pelt, gray tints ever visible as droplets of water dripped off her pelt, making a steady puddle below her in the sodden dirt. Singular step is taken backward as the male approaches - did she even know him any more? It'd been nearly two years now, and they were both fully three years old. But the Beta bitch was unsure about the return of her brother. "Things change...overtime." She muttered, lyrics drawn out. Head is lifted, lean, regally-pointed muzzle facing him. Eyes steadily locked with his, though ears betrayed her mock bravery, slicking to the sides of her skull. A singular tear - sticking out from the rain's own water - slipped from her left eye, running down her sleek muzzle and dropping silently off the tip of her coal nose. "How could you leave melike that?" She asked suddenly, her voice cracking - another tear slipping away as the mask slowly slipped off.
And she ignored his question - for wasn't the answer all to obvious?

Claude watched as her eyes dropped from his she had never done this to him he knew he had hurt him sister but how far the extent of his damage he didnt know. His black coat was drenched the only things visible was his yellow eyes and the whote crest upon the brutes chest. " They do change Denali but they are always apart of yourself" he said stepping closer small steps at a time. Seeing her tears his heart lurched in his chest and his harks slicked back 'how could I leave her like that' he thought. " I had to Denali had to get things straight but I will never leave you again ever again until the day I die" he said softly. He smiled softly and came up to her and nuzzled his sister in a brotherly manner placing a soft lick on her muzzle tasting the remnants of her fallen tears. The rain got harder it was wierd that it only rained here and not back home in Zador were the angel weeping for him being reunited to his sister he hoped so.

+.A statue stands in a shaded place; An angel girl with an upturned face. A name is written on a polished rock, A broken heart that the world forgot.+
"Had...to?" She muttered, question nearly seeming retorical by the tone in her voice - lost, frightened; uncertain. "To be forced," she whispered, eyes dropping to her fore-paws, tongue rolling the words around in her mouth - testing them. It was clear by her expression that the she-wolf was confused by his words. The nuzzle was felt gently, and his touch sent shudders through her bodice, back arching in retalliation. But as he recoiled, she no longer hesitated - instead stepped forward, throwing her muzzle forward and wrapping it around his muscled shoulder, shoveling her nose into his thick scruff fur. Ears slicked back to her cranium, and she allowed his scent to travel up her nostrols. Tail quivered, on the edge of a wag; and it flicked. First to the left, then once quickly to the right.
And color flooded the world before her eyes once more.
+.Concrete angel.+

He waited while she let the new information settle in her mind and smiled. When she stepped forward and placed her dial onto his shoulder he sighed it felt good to feel his sister wolfy hug him. The moment was ruined though as a howl in the far off distance a sound caught his harks and they twitched and he listened longer his body stiffened it was his father the land was under attack. His hackled rose instinctivly " the lands under attack" he murmured in Denalis' hark and he moved away from her " I must go to help father" he said and took off at a flat out run he had to hurry or it would be to late. The rain stung his eyes his drenched coat slowed him down and the slippery grasses and stones made it harder to run flat out.

+.I didn't know what I would find, When I went looking for a reason, I know; I didn't read between the lines. And, baby, I've got nowhere to go. I tried to take the road less traveled by, But nothing seems to work the first few times, Am I right?.+
The call was distant but sudden. The invisible link between the two wolves was broken, and the female's head recoiled, tail rasing and stiffening. A snarl ripped from her muzzle, lips curling back to reveal glistening white fangs, contrasting brilliantly with her black muzzle. Ears pricked forward, and lips slowly lowered as she looked toward her brother and nodded. For a moment, her troubles were forgotten - Zador was under attack, and only her parents were there to defend it. The three year old turned on her heals and raced away, slipping only once into a mud puddle. But she stood again, covered in the brown substance now, and didn't care to shake her fur clean - she simply race on.
+.So how can I ever try to be better? Nobody ever lets me in. I can still see you, this ain't the best view, On the outside looking in. I've been a lot of places, I've never been on the outside.+
